Robert realized that Healthcare Professionals can only identify themselves when they are wearing clothing that’s meant for “on the job”, such as: Scrubs, Lab Coats, etc. While this is their “cape” on the job, he wanted to create another cape for Healthcare Professionals who want to identify themselves “off the job” in a trendier, stylish, emerging way.

Inspired by the concept of popular skateboarding clothing brands, such as Vans, Nike SB, DC, Thrasher, Obey, and more, Robert took the concept of these lines and created its own lane within Streetcare. He hopes to develop Streetcare labels like the various skateboarding clothing brands. He believes that Healthcare Professionals will want to represent themselves with this new fashion like how Skateboarders want to represent themselves in the mentioned identifiers. 

Streetcare’s first clothing line is Clinity Talent, Robert’s staffing firm that he founded, and originally launched as a Healthcare Recruitment Firm, on December 2022. Robert has been in the Healthcare Staffing Industry for many years, and the idea of Streetcare developed shortly after the launch of his organization. More inspiration came from his roots growing up and living in New Jersey, and in one of the major fashion capitals of the world, New York City. From then on, he always had a keenness in putting together outfits.

For Robert, he wants to pay homage to our Healthcare Professionals, and also the industries within Healthcare. He believes that this new fashion will get us closer to one another and recognize more of our heroes on the streets.
